Minimum consumer expenses increased to 648,000 soums per person per month

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Minimum consumer expenses in Uzbekistan increased from 621,000 to 648,000 soums per person per month, the Statistics Agency said.

The agency notes that the change is due to new tariffs for electricity and gas.

Minimum consumer expenditures are used to determine a country's poverty line.
