The number of active users of the digital operator's app has reached 3.7 million per month, with 2.4 million people accessing the app every week and 1.1 million daily. The number of downloads has exceeded a record 10 million. The Beeline Uzbekistan app leads the top free apps on Google Play and the App Store in the "Business" category with a rating of 4.5.

Beeline Uzbekistan provides users with a multifunctional self-care mobile app where they can manage communication and digital services. For example, by subscribing to a tariff from the new "MULTI KUCH" lineup in the app, customers can choose the services they require without additional payment.
Customers of the digital operator can check their balance, modify their tariff, replenish the account, activate or deactivate additional services, receive and download detailed reports on completed calls, SMS, and internet usage, as well as request a callback, while they are offline. Additionally, users can create a multi-account to manage the numbers of their close ones or quickly share traffic with friends and family directly from their balance. The app's core and frequently used features work even without internet access.
Customers of Beeline Uzbekistan can enjoy seasonal fairs with pleasant surprises and attractive offers in the app. For instance, in the New Year's Fair, which will last in the app until January 10, 2024, users have already opened over 20 million digital gift boxes.
Within the app, the Beeline Club loyalty program allows users to get discounts and bonuses from partners and exchange BeeCoins not only for internet packages for social networks, messengers, and exclusive offers from partners but also for exclusive and unique numbers and Mi-Fi routers.
