Microfirms can submit payment orders without accountant’s signature
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Microfirms in Uzbekistan now have right not to submit list of persons, who work as accountant or manages financial issues.

Central Bank of Uzbekistan introduced changes and amendments to regulation on cashless payments in Uzbekistan.

According to the document, microfirms can submit payment documents t banks without signature of accountant. At the same time, microfirms now have right not to include sample of accountant’s signature to card of signatures.

The document also banned Ministry of Finance to issue collection letter to levy illegally received money and fines in line with the documents of the State Demonopolization Committee.

With another decree, the Central Bank introduced changes and amendments to Instruction on banking account, opened at banks in Uzbekistan.

In line with the changes, the banks should not request from microfirms samples of signature of accountant.

Head of farms, operating without formation of legal entity, and individual entrepreneurs now can submit samples of signatures without stamp.
