According to the changes, the shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders.
In particular, the Ministry of Finance will acquire 20,131,086 shares, Central Bank of Uzbekistan 10,018,726 shares, National Bank of Uzbekistan for Foreign Economic Activity – 936,329 shares, Asaka Bank – 702,247 shares, Uzpromstroybank – 702,247 shares, Uzbektelecom – 842,696 shares, Uzbekinvest – 561,797 shares, Uzbekneftegaz – 1,404,494 shares and Uzkimyosanoat – 468,164 shares.
Other shareholders of the bank will purchase 1,685,398 shares of the Microcreditbank. In the result, the charter capital of the bank will reach 200.2 billion soums.
