The bank said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a decision of securities of the bank on 31 December 2011.

In line with the prospectus of emission, Microcreditbank will issue 149.856 million ordinary and 135,000 preferential shares with nominal value of 1,045 each.

According to the bank, shares of the issue will be placed among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 1,023.96 soums to new stocks with nominal value of 1,045 soums.

In the result, the volume of the charter capital of Microcreditbank will grow from 153.594 billion soums to 156.75 billion soums. The difference at the size of 3.156 billion soums will be paid due to net income for 2010.
