According to the bank, net income of Microcreditbank made up 1.561 billion soums in 2012.

The shareholders directed 28.836 million soums (1.9% of net income) for payment of dividends on preferred shares for 2012.

The side of the dividend per share makes up 213.6 soums (20% of par value). Number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 135,000 units.

Microcreditbank issued 1.446 billion soums (92.6%) to formation of reserve fund, the bank said.

Shareholders directed 85.957 million soums to remuneration of members of Supervisory Council and Reserve Commission.
