General shareholders meeting of Microcreditbank decided to increase nominal value of shares of the bank from 1,023.96 soums to 1,045 soums.

In the result, the volume of the charter capital of Microcreditbank will grow from 153.594 billion soums to 156.75 billion soums. The difference at the size of 3.156 billion soums will be paid due to net income for 2010.

Shareholders entrusted management to register emission of shares for 156.75 billion soums. At the same time, the bank will issue 149.865 million ordinary and 135,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,045 soums each.
