Within the emission, the bank will issue 153.59 million shares, of which 149.865 million are ordinary shares and 135,000 preferential shares. The par value of shares are 1,023.96 soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among existing shareholders in line with their share in the bank’s equity capital. The bank will replace old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,023.96 soums.

The stocks will be paid due to undistributed income for 2009.
