Shareholders of Microcreditbank distributed net income of the bank. According to the decision of shareholders, the bank will direct 3.45 billion soums or 92.1% of net income to increase charter capital of the bank.

The bank said that the charter capital of the bank will increase due to growth of nominal value of the shares from 1,045 soums to 1,068 soums.

Shareholders directed 28.2 million soums (0.8% of net income) to payment of dividends on preferential shares. The size of the dividend per preferential share makes up 209 soums (20% of par value).

Microcreditbank will direct 223 million soums (6%) to fulfill reserve fund of the bank and 39.3 million soums (1.1%) to remuneration of the members of the board of the bank and revision commission.

The charter capital of the bank makes up 156.75 billion soums, which includes 149.856 million ordinary and 135,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,045 soums each.
