In the past period of 2011, number of issued banking payment cards grew by 87.6% year-on-year and POS-terminals – by 69.3%.

POS-terminals were installed at shops, branches of banks, saving cash offices and mini-banks, fuel stations, service points, etc.

Microcreditbank is planning to install 1,500 more POS-terminals, of which 75.4% will be installed at trade and service points in rural areas.

In five months of 2011, over 176.9 billion soums were directed to banking payment cards, which is 1.8 times more year-on-year.

As of 1 June 2011, the bank paid 640.6 million soums of interest rates to payment cards of individuals.
