The events were held at Astrakhan state medical university and the building of the regional public organization of the Uzbek culture “Uzbekistan”.

Representatives of the Uzbek diaspora, citizens of Astrakhan, students from Uzbekistan and citizens of Uzbekistan, visiting Astrakhan region, participated in the ceremonies to honour Islam Karimov.

They could write their condolences to the Book of condolences.

Head of Astrakhan regional public organization on preserving and developing Uzbek culture “Uzbekistan” Bakhodir Aminov said that Islam Karimov served for his nation and led the country to development.
