Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  During the 81st meeting of the Council on Railway Transport of the CIS member states, a meeting took place between the Chairman of the Board of "Uzbekiston Temir Yullari" JSC, Z. Narzullaev, and the Head of "Rohi Ohani Tojikiston" State Unitary Enterprise, Kamil Jumakhanov, to discuss bilateral cooperation.

The discussions focused on increasing freight traffic between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, improving the competitiveness of tariffs, and attracting new cargoes. The parties held negotiations aimed at creating favorable conditions for freight carriers.

As a result of the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between "Uzbekiston Temir Yullari" JSC and "Rohi Ohani Tajikistan" JSC.
