The furniture production and trade is developing in Uzbekistan with high pace and for six years the MebelExpo has been playing a role of the major sectorial exhibition providing the professionals the opportunity to assess the real situation in the furniture market. The exhibition is being organized by the ITE Uzbekistan Exhibition Company and its partner: British Exhibition Company ITE Exhibitions & Conferences Ltd.

This year, around 20 companies from various countries including Germany, Italy, China, Russia, Poland, Ukraine and Uzbekistan have confirmed their participation in the exhibition.

Many constant exhibition participants and globally recognized leaders of furniture industry will participate, including: Klebchemie M.G. Becker Gmbh (Germany) and Homag Group (Germany). Products manufactured by Klebchemie M.G. Becker Gmbh Company are well known in the local market as well, since high quality of German glue and adhesive materials is highly appreciated by Uzbek furniture producers. Homag Group - is the largest German Holding dealing with manufacture of woodworking equipment. Grinding equipment, edgebanders, automatization systems, and software for furniture production - this is an incomplete list of the products being offered by the Holding member companies. Homag Group will be presented by its official representative in Uzbekistan - Eman.

For the first time a leader in press line production for wood chipboards and medium density fibreboards - Pagnoni Impianti Srl. (Italy) will participate in the exhibition. Another Italian company is among the debutants - Gamma Spa, which is a producer of interior decorations, gold-filled and silver-filled gift collections.

Skif Factory (Russia/Ukraine) will exhibit completion materials for furniture. Thanks to their high quality, this enterprise takes the leading positions in the CIS market.

Despite the current rather complicated situation in the global markets, we can observe a real progress and active development of furniture market in Uzbekistan that can be proved by active participation of local producers composing 55% of the total exhibition participants. On the stands exhibited by Alterna Group, Russkiy Les Ltd., Orient-Mebel JV., Mebel Llc., a wide range of furniture will be exposited, including sitting-rooms, wardrobes, tables and chairs, cupboards and sideboards, kitchen sets, bath-room sets, bedroom sets, beds and cushioned furniture. One of the largest polyurethane foam producer in Uzbekistan - Simakx-Pars Company will present its products being made with application of the latest Russian technology.

The 6th Uzbek International Exhibition: Furniture, Production Technologies, Interior and Design MebelExpo-Uzbekistan will be organized the same dates as the UzBuild (10-13 March).
