Matbuot Tarqatubchi received about 1.286 billion soums of net income in 2010. According to shareholders, the company allocated 782.614 million soums to payment of dividends.

The company will issue 74.232 million soums to encouragement of employees and 18.558 million soums to social payments.

Matbuot Tarqatubchi also allocated 329.964 million soums from net income to raise charter capital of the company.

The shareholders adopted decision to raise charter capital to 2 billion soums. At the same time, the company will re-invest 1 billion soums of net income to the charter capital. The shareholders approved that 700 million soums will be directed due to net income for 2007-2010. Other 300 million soums will be issued due to net income for 2011.

The charter capital of the company will be increased due to raising nominal value of shares from 1,000 soums to 2,000 soums. Total number of ordinary shares will make up 1 million soums.

Shareholders decided not to distribute other part of net income for 60.453 million soums and direct these resources to turnover resources.
