Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A fascinating event for 52 Polish tourists was organized as part of the development of gastronomic tourism by the Tashkent City Khokimiyat and the Moscow Department of Tourism Development.

The master classes were a response to the requests of tourists, who often speak of their intention to explore our national cuisine and take with them the recipes of Uzbek dishes as a souvenir, along with souvenirs and photographs.
And when someone from the master class participants prepares Uzbek pilaf for family and friends in Poland, this will be a kind of invitation to Uzbekistan for new fans of tourism, including gastronomic tourism.
Interestingly, during the master class, Polish tourists not only studied the recipes, but also exchanged views on the further development of gastronomic tourism with specialists from the tourism development department of the city of Tashkent.
Of course, this event, as well as gifts organized for guests, will always remind tourists of Uzbekistan and will be the occasion for their new visits to our country and its capital.
