Department of the Center on coordinating and controlling for functioning of securities market for Tashkent city registered the prospectus of the emission on 2 November 2011.

In line with the prospectus of emission, Markaziy Ippodrom will issue 25,849,774 ordinary shares with par value of 500 soums. Total sum of the emission will make 12.925 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription through exchange or off-exchange market. The shares will be placed on market share, but not less than par value.

The securities are issued to execute the governmental resolution No. 317 from 27 December 2010. The resources, raised from sale of shares, will be directed to promote and develop equestrian sport, improve conditions at Central Race Track, etc.
