The sides underlined gradual development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Malaysia in parliamentarism. The parties exchanged opinion on cooperation of legislative bodies of two states, UzA reported.

Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia said Uzbekistan is one of the important partners of Malaysia in Central Asia. The current visit is aimed at further deepening relations between states in parliamentarism.

Malaysian delegation also held negotiations with the chairman of the Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Ilgizar Sobirov.
