Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Russian chain of stores Magnit has announced its desire to expand its business in Uzbekistan, Shopper’s business portal reports.
According to the publication, Denis Kosachenko, who previously headed the Burger King branch in Moscow and Moscow region, has been appointed the head of the Magnit division in Uzbekistan, Magnit Central Asia.
It is noted that Kosachenko will develop and expand business companies in Uzbekistan and interaction with government agencies and partners.
“I believe that the Uzbekistan team will not only make a significant contribution to the development of the company, but will also allow it to become the undisputed leader in the Uzbek market, as well as lay the foundation for expansion in Central Asia,” he added.
