“Made in Uzbekistan” Exhibition Held in Ulaanbaatar with Participation of Uzbek and Mongolian Entrepreneurs
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 10 September, the Made in Uzbekistan trade house in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, hosted an exhibition-fair featuring more than 70 entrepreneurs and leading companies from both countries, alongside B2B and B2G meetings.
The event focused on prospects for supplying live livestock—sheep and cattle—as well as cashmere, wool, meat, and other products to Uzbekistan. The negotiations concluded with several agreements on further cooperation.
Particular attention was given to discussions between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Mongolia. The parties explored the establishment of a “Mongolia Trade House” in Tashkent and addressed issues related to its effective operation.
The new center is expected to serve as a platform for active interaction between business communities, promote the development of export-import processes, facilitate joint projects, and strengthen partnership ties.
The event represented an important step in enhancing trade and economic relations between Uzbekistan and Mongolia, opening new avenues for long-term collaboration.
