In April, Kashkadarya regional branch of the Main State Department on Ecologic Certification, Standartization and Regulation under the State Committee on Nature Protection examined objects of Gissar oil and gas extraction shop.

The examination was carried out in order to evaluate technology on oil extraction and preparation to requirements of ecology security, taking oil examples from Southern Kyzylbayrak and Koshkuduk fields to carry out tests in line with the legislation of Uzbekistan.

LUKOIL said that it received certificate that technical processes on oil extraction at Southern Kyzylbayrak and Koshkuduk fields are ecologically safe and fully meets norms of legislations of Uzbekistan on protecting nature.
