Liverpool, Verder express interest in Uzbek defender

England’s Liverpool and Germany’s Verder expressed interest in new signee of Locomotive Moscow Vitaly Denisov, the website of Russian club reported quoting the Uzbek defender.
Uzbekistan international defender Vitaly Denisov said that he knows that 2-3 English clubs, including Liverpool, expressed interest, as well as Verder in Germany. But, he added that they expressed “general” interest, while Locomotive made official offer.
At the same time, he said that he did not want to leave Dnepro Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine). He said he liked club and fans, as well as city.
Denisov said that he could not agree terms of new contract and decided to leave Ukraine for Russia, which is step for him.
