Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Model List of positions and works requiring the conclusion of a written contract on full liability, approved by order of the Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction, passed state registration at the Ministry of Justice.

The list contains 177 positions and types of work occupied by employees with whom written agreements on full liability can be concluded. These include warehouse managers, pharmaceutical specialists, chemical engineers, trade workers, etc.

According to Article 343 of the Labor Code, recommendations on concluding an agreement with an employee on full individual or collective (team) liability, an approximate form of these agreements, as well as an approximate list of positions and jobs filled by employees with whom written agreements on full liability can be concluded, are approved Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction.
