Lionel Messi decided to resume his career in Argentina national team.
He said that he adopted decision after talk with Argentina coach Edgardo Bauza and his teammates.
Messi noted that after talks with coach Edgardo Bauza and his partners he could not turn down return to Argentina national team. He said that he believes to the team and happy to be back. “We continue to move forward despite loses in previous finals,” he said.
Argentina defeated Uruguay with the score 1-0 in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Messi scored only goal of the match on 43 minutes.
