Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek artists planning to perform abroad are required to notify "Uzbekconcert" in writing about their tours, as confirmed by the press service of the state institution.
According to the announcement, this requirement is established in Article 21 of the Law on Cultural Activities and Cultural Organizations and other regulatory documents.
"Uzbekconcert" emphasizes that holding concert events outside the country without prior notification is a serious violation of licensing requirements and conditions.
The agency also noted that some performers are currently planning and conducting concert programs abroad while disregarding these rules.
Licenses for artists who violate licensing requirements will be suspended early.
