In a message published on the Weibo social network, Li Auto stressed that it did not hold meetings with foreign dealers, and the photos allegedly depicting company representatives signing agreements with foreign distributors are fake.

The company said it has collected the necessary evidence and handed it over to public security authorities.

Li Auto, founded in 2015, specializes in the production of electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles.

The company produces such car models as Li Auto L9, Li Auto L8, Li Auto L7, Li Auto L6 and Li Auto Mega.

According to data for 2023, the company sold more than 376 thousand cars.
