Specialists and experts of Minister of Agriculture and Water Management, State Committee on Nature Protection, representatives of local administrations and others participated at the event.

The participants considered execution of articles 16-23 of the law “On nature protection” on adherence to requirements of nature, entrails and natural resources, as well as water use in these two regions of Uzbekistan.

The attendees noted that there are some shortages in implementation of laws along with positive works. It was said that the regions are not paying attention to issues related on protection of humus soil and land reclamation.

At the end of the session, the concrete recommendations to Minister of Agriculture and Water Management, State Committee on Nature Protection, local administrations of Namangan and Kashkadarya regions were given.
