Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to improve the system of payment by legal entities for advertising costs in foreign social networks using corporate bank cards in foreign currency” was adopted.

Improving the system for paying advertising costs by legal entities in foreign social networks using corporate currency cards and reflecting these costs in tax and other reporting is provided for by the Roadmap for further improving the field of information and communication technologies in 2022-2023, approved by the Presidential from 22 August 2022 No. PP-357, reports Norma.

From 1 July, legal entities are allowed to make settlements on advertising expenses in foreign social networks from corporate bank cards in an amount not exceeding US$5,000 during a calendar month.

Information about these payments must be entered into the unified electronic information system of foreign trade operations.
