The delegation held negotiations with the chairperson of the Committee on international affairs and inter-parliamentary ties of Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis Latif Gulyamov and chairperson of the Committee on foreign political affairs of Senate of Oliy Majlis Sodiq Safaev.

The sides exchanged opinion on relations between legislative bodies of Uzbekistan and Latvia. The sides underlined that inter-parliamentary cooperation play key role in strengthening of bilateral relations.

During the visit to Uzbekistan, the Latvian delegation also held negotiations at several ministries and bodies of Uzbekistan.
