Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Large-scale work on the repair and reconstruction of intersections and streets began in Tashkent, including the continuation of 36 corridors. This was announced by the press service of the capital's khokimiyat.

The bulk of the work is planned for the period from May to September of this year, during holidays in schools and universities.

The khokimiyat noted that the main work will be carried out at night.

The message notes that during the work, maximum attention will be paid to the convenience of pedestrians and drivers in Tashkent in order to minimize discomfort.

The khokimiyat noted that during the repair works, crushed stone-mastic asphalt concrete pavement will be used for the first time.
