Kyzylkumcement to raise charter capital to 346.08bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Kyzylkumcement open joint stock company will increase its charter capital to 346.08 billion soums, the company’s statement said.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning over securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company on 10 August.

Within the emission, the company will issue 1,988,964 ordinary shares with par value of 174,000 soums each. The volume of the issue makes up 346,079,736,000 soums.

The shares of emission will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 150,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 174,000 soums.

The company said that the part of shares for 298,344,600,000 soums is paid on par value and other part for 47,735,136,000 will be paid due to net income for 2011.

Kyzylkumcement open joint stock company was commissioned in 1977 and it is the largest cement plant in Uzbekistan. Its capacity is about 3.1 million tonnes of cement a year.
