According to the shareholders’ decision, Kyzylkumcement will pay 6,600 soums per ordinary shares for 2010.

The company said that total number of shares, on which dividends will be paid, makes up 1,988,964 ordinary shares. The par value of shares is 126,000 soums.

As reported earlier, Kyzylkumcement open joint stock company received net income for 65.572 billion soums in 2010.

Kyzylkumcement open joint stock company was commissioned in 1977 and it is the largest cement plant in Uzbekistan. Its capacity is about 3.1 million tonnes of cement a year. The company increased cement production by 3.2% t 3.145 million tonnes in 2009. The enterprise exported 765,000 tonnes of cement in 2009. In 2009, Kyzylkumcement recorded net income for 77.236 billion soums.
