Kyrgyz Interior Minister to address OSCE Permanent Council

Kyrgyz Interior Minister Moldomusa Kongantiev will address the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna on 24 September 2009.
Minister Kongantiev will inform the Permanent Representatives of the 56 participating States about Kyrgyzstan’ reform of law enforcement bodies and co-operation with OSCE in this area.
The Permanent Council is one of the OSCE’s main regular decision-making bodies.
The speech, which is open to journalists, is set to start at 10 a.m., on Thursday, 23 September, in the Hofburg Conference Centre’s Neuer Saal.
For admittance to the Hofburg Conference Centre, please bring your OSCE badge or a valid press card to the security desk (main entrance from the Heldenplatz).
