The match, which was held in Dubai, ended with a 1-0 victory of Russian team. Mussa Konate netted the only goal of the match from penalty on 65 minutes.

Uzbekistan will stay in the UAE till 2 February and play friendly match against Azerbaijan on 1 February 2013.

Uzbekistan will continue its training camp in Tashkent on 3-5 February. On 6 February, Uzbekistan will host Hong Kong in the first match of the AFC Cup 2015 qualifiers.

On 26 March, Uzbekistan will play against Lebanon within the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
