Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 16:00 on 29 October 2022, a contract was signed and the supply of natural gas to 586 greenhouse farms began. Work in this direction continues. Preparatory work has begun at 68 greenhouses, and therefore there is no need for "blue" fuel yet.

To meet the needs of greenhouse complexes in natural gas, JSC "UzGazTrade" found a possibility to increase the supply of "blue" fuel for Khududgaztaminot.

According to the forecast, the demand for natural gas of greenhouse farms in the current season is about 500 million cubic meters, which will be supplied by UzGasTrade to meet the needs of greenhouse complexes connected to the networks of Khududgaztaminot.

For a prompt response to issues of stable gas supply during the cold season, Khududgaztaminot has formed 244 specialized emergency dispatch teams in all regions of the country, which are staffed with specialists, tools and special equipment. 29.6 km of gas pipes of various diameters, 2.8 thousand components, 756 pressure gauges, 7 tons of carbide and 2.2 tons of lubricants have been allocated.

The work schedule of employees of the specialized Call Center at 1104, the Situation Center at 104 and the Citizens’ Appeals Department has also been revised.

Taking this opportunity, Khududgaztaminot calls on consumers to rationally use natural gas and install energy-saving technologies.
