The training was designed to young people, who work in culture and art sphere or cooperating with organizations in these directions. The project is aimed at spreading information on culture and art of their regions, historic monuments, tangible and intangible cultural heritage, promote their cultural products, etc.
The first training was organized for participants from Karakalpakstan. Similar trainings will be held in all regions of Uzbekistan.
Specialists on advertisement on products and services and running social pages were attracted as trainers. The training includes lessons on technical opportunities, rules and content, as well as peculiarities of various social networks. The participants acquired basic knowledge on use of social networks.
Rodika Vebenyuk, director of corporate communications of Ucell, said Ucell became communication partner of the project with pleasure. She said that one of key business tasks of the operator is to ensure affordability of mobile internet for citizens of Uzbekistan. The company is happy to support promotion of cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, she added.
At the end of the training, the participants received 3G modems with fixed internet traffic for a year from Ucell, which will be convenient to use in practical lessons and work of the attendees.
