Kapitalbank to place shares for 10bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock commercial bank Kapitalbank will place new emission of shares for 10 billion soums, the bank disclosed.

The bank registered the ninth emission of shares. The bank issued 1 million ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums each.

Kapitalbank will place shares within 365 days from the date of state registration of the emission with the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market of Uzbekistan.
