Extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Kapitalbank OJSC adopted corresponding decision in October 2010.

The bank said Kapitalbank OJSC will pay 1,750 soums per ordinary share. Total number of shares, on which dividends will be paid, is 2.3 million.

Kapitalbank open joint stock commercial bank was founded in 2001. The assets of the bank grew 1.75 times to 403.04 million soums at the end of 2009. The bank’s loan portfolio reached 151.473 billion soums and aggregate capital rose twice and made up 42.022 billion soums as of 1 January 2010.
