At the extraordinary meeting, shareholders of the bank distributed net income of the bank for previous months and nine months of 2011 at the size of 8.231 billion soums.

In line with the decision of shareholders, the bank will direct 7.65 billion soums to payment of the dividends. The size of dividend makes up 3,000 soums per share.

Number of ordinary shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2.55 million units, the bank said in the statement.

Shareholders of Kapitalbank did not distribute other part of the net income, the statement of the bank noted.
