The charter capital will be increased due to capitalization of undistributed income of previous year at the size of 17.2 billion soums via increasing nominal value of the shares from 500 soums to 700 soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders via replacing old shares with par value of 500 soums to new shares with nominal value of 700 soums.

The bank said that the part of the issue for 43 billion soums are paid on par value and other part will worth 17.2 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.
