Kapitalbank registers shares for 14.42bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Joint stock commercial bank “Kapitalbank” registered a prospectus of emission of shares for 14.42 billion soums.

Within the emission, the bank will emit 15.179 million preferential shares with par value of 950 soums each. Total volume of the issue will make up 14.42 billion soums.

The shares within the issue will be placed on closed subscription. East West Invest acquire all shares of the issue.
