The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the emission, the bank will place 86 million ordinary shares with par value to 500 soums. Total sum of the emission will make up 43 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be replaced on close subscription via replacement of one share with par value of 10,000 soums to 20 ordinary shares with nominal value of 500 soums. The share of the shareholders will not change.
