The bank said that five mini-banks started to carry out their operations in Bukhara region – mini-bank Bukkhara-Dilkusho (Bukhara city), mini-bank Bukhara-Samoniy (Bukhara city), mini-bank Bukhara-Karvon (Bukhara city), mini-bank Vobkent (Vobkent city) and mini-bank Jondor (Jondor city).
Kapitalbank underlined that it is expanding mini-banks network to create additional comfort to clients. Mini-banks of Kapitalbank is universal centers for accepting payments from individuals, who can carry out operations with international money transfer systems (Western Union, Contact, Migom, MoneyGram, Bystraya Pochta, Unistream and Zolotaya Korona), pay for communal services, mobile communication, Internet, etc.
Clients can open deposits in national and hard currency. Currently, the bank offers term deposits and deposits on demand. The bank said that it is regularly developing new deposits for population.
Kapitalbank is actively working on developing regional network. Currently, the bank has 10 branches and 47 mini-banks in Tashkent and five regional centers – Nukus, Samarkand, Ferghana, Termez and Bukhara. It is planned that the bank will pen new branches in Namangan, Qoqand and Tashkent. By 2012, the bank plans significantly increase number of mini-banks with special focus to regions of Uzbekistan.
Mini-banks render services to clients from Monday to Friday – from 9:00 to 17:00. They do not work on Saturdays and Sundays.
