The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the insurer.

Within the emission, the company will place 20 million shares, including 10 million ordinary and 10 preferred shares with par value of 100 soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on open subscription.
