The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered the emission of shares of the insurance company on 23 August 2013.

The company said it will place 20 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 2 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription within a year.

According to the website of Kapital Sug’urta, the formed charter capital of the company makes up 6 billion soums.
