Kafolat to direct 222.264m soums to dividends
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Joint stock insurance company Kafolat will pay dividends for 2011 in line with the decision of shareholders.
According to the decision of shareholders, the company will direct 222.264 million soums to payment of dividends for 2011.
The size of the dividend makes up 33 soums per share (2.69% from par value) and 306.25 soums per preferential share.
The shareholders also issued 73.884 million soums to reserve fund and 73.271 million soums to insurance fund.
