Within the emission, the insurance company placed 11,601,033 shares with par value of 1,430 soums each.

The company underlined that total volume of the issue made up 16,589,477,190 soums.

In the result, the formed charter capital of Kafolat made up 26.2 billion soums, which is equal to 13.9 million euros.

Total number of placed shares of Kafolat now makes up 18,294,914 shares with par value of 1,430 soums, of which 18,289,915 are ordinary and 5,000 – preferential stocks.
