The purpose of the visit was to study the current stage of development of agricultural insurance market of Uzbekistan, regulation of insurance market in the country.

At the meeting, the sides discussed issues of perspectives of developing insurance services, the press service of the Uzbek insurance company said.

During the meeting, representatives of IFC provided detailed information about IFC project on development of agro financing in Europe and Central Asia. In particular, Andrei Zaripov told about the experience of the organization in the development of agricultural insurance in Ukraine.

Officials of Kafolat presented activities of the company, its activities, key figures and positions of the company in the Uzbek insurance market.

During the talks, the sides agreed on establishing cooperation on developing new insurance products and joint efforts on further developing of insurance market of Uzbekistan.
