The system was developed by head manager of the Department on developing information technologies of Kafolat Ilkhom Karimov. He said that the project was developed to provide interactive insurance services to individuals and legal entities, to improve quality of services with use of modern Internet technologies.

The system also was created to build automated information system with single database to conduct insurance and investment portfolio, which will improve speed of registration and printing of necessary documents, form necessary information and storage of database of the insurance company.
