The company said it will issue 74,211 ordinary shares with par value of 1 million soums each.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the shares are issued to form starting capital for organization of production and realization of car batteries.

The shares will be placed among founders of Jizzakh Battery Plant at off-exchange non-organized market on par value.

The shares will be purchased by Uzavtosanoat (58,654 shares or 79.04%), Asaka Bank (8,971 shares or 12.09%), Markaziy Combine (4,233 shares or 5.7%) and GM Uzbekistan (2,009 shares or 2.71%).
