JETOUR presents off-road SUV "T2" for extreme adventures

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 17 OctoberH 2024, JETOUR AUTO officially launched its new SUV, the JETOUR T2, in a scenic setting by Lake Charvak. This event marks a significant step in the brand’s expansion in the Uzbek market and highlights its innovative approach within the global automotive industry.

A New Perspective on Travel SUVs

During the presentation, JETOUR AUTO Vice President Ke Chuandeng emphasized the brand’s "Travel +" differentiation strategy as a key factor in standing out in a competitive market. Since its founding in 2018, JETOUR has focused on catering to the needs of travelers by creating products that integrate human interaction, vehicles, and nature. This strategy has led to the development of a unique ecosystem in the tourism industry. By uniting internal and external resources, the company meets the demands of various user segments.

Since the launch of its first product in 2018, JETOUR has sold over 1.33 million vehicles globally, amassing the loyalty of more than 49.8 million fans. Ke noted that this rapid growth is driven by the brand’s commitment to its "Travel +" strategy, with plans to continue expanding the product range and growing market share.

JETOUR in Uzbekistan: A Strategic Player in Central Asia

For JETOUR, Uzbekistan represents a key market in Central Asia. JETOUR AUTO UZBEKISTAN’s Deputy General Manager, Ziyoviddin Parpiev, highlighted the deepening trade ties between China and Uzbekistan, with bilateral trade reaching $14.033 billion last year. With strong consumer demand for high-quality, innovative products, JETOUR sees great potential for growth in Uzbekistan.

JETOUR has already introduced several models to the Uzbek market, including the X70, X70PLUS, X90PLUS, DASHING, and the recently launched T2. These vehicles cater to family travel and off-road adventures, aligning with the needs of local customers. The brand plans to continue launching new models to strengthen its position in Uzbekistan.

JETOUR T2: A Rugged SUV with Outstanding Capabilities

John Lee, General Manager of JETOUR AUTO UZBEKISTAN, described the T2 as the brand’s first off-road model, symbolizing its transformation into the extreme travel segment. The T2 offers exceptional features for both daily commutes and off-road adventures, boasting a spacious interior that can be converted into a sleeping area, a powerful 2.0T engine, and a 7-speed Magna 7DCT transmission. It also features a 12-channel SONY audio system for an immersive driving experience. The T2 is equipped with BorgWarner’s sixth-generation XWD all-wheel-drive system, enhancing its off-road capabilities.

A 7-seater version of the T2 is expected to launch by the end of the year, and more off-road models will follow, according to Lee.
